In lockstep with the Design System Product Owner, I facilitated cross-functional workshops with product design and engineering to establish a robust governance model and a long-term roadmap. We prioritized architecture first—defining a scalable library structure and selecting a tech stack (Figma, FigJam, and ZeroHeight) that bridged the gap between design and code.

We systematically overhauled the foundational UI—from tokens to complex components. Every element was rebuilt for accessibility and scale, paired with comprehensive usage guidelines and technical specs documented in ZeroHeight to ensure seamless handoffs.
